Update January 2025 - 2nd annual service carried out on CX-30. Had the service carried out while I waited, the Nugent Centre is in easy walking distance and had a look around the shops and had a coffee. All good on return to collect the car, just had to wait for them to finish washing it. Friendly and reliable service which I fully recommend. Update March 2023 - 5th Annual service carried out on my Mazda 6. As ever a very high level of service from the team (Sam and his new colleague who's name escapes me since Louise was promoted) on the desk as well as the unseen mechanics in the garage! This is a business that knows how to treat there customers if they want repeat business, it works for me! Well done and keep up the good work. I have also just purchased another Mazda from TW White in Orpington and was delighted with the service from Daniel February 2022 - 4th Annual service on Mazda 6. Service team, Louise and Sam are friendly and approachable and happy to answer questions. Great experience and coffee thrown in for good measure. One thing to be aware of, for reasons I don't understand the garage turn off the auto lights, windscreen wipers and parking sensors. The first 2 I realised fairly quickly and turned on, the sensors however you don't miss until you get close to something, when it may be too late! Be good to advise customers if this is routine so that they can immediately switch back on or, why not leave the controls where the customer had them set?

Efficient and ease of agreeing the service pack required for my vehicle. Service agent was clear with options available to me eg value for money in terms of either just oil/filter change or yearly service which helped me to make informed decision.
