Purchased a used Mazda 2. Staff were friendly and helpful. Noticed a bit of broken trim in boot which was told would replaced without hesitation.When I collected the car I noticed they made sure there was enough fuel for me to return home. Which was over 100 miles away. Thought that was a nice touch. Thanks to all at T W White and sons Weybridge.

Purchased a second hand mercedes from T W White & Sons in October travelling some distance to collect. I was overwhelmed with the excellent service and professionalism of the company. The phone calls amd emails prior to collection were informative and ensured everything would run smoothly on collection. They had fully washed and valeted the car and completed a 100+ point check of the vehicle which they gave me to check over on collection. They were open to negotiation on price of the vehicle and tje additional extras, arranging full ceramic diamond cover inside and outside the vehicle prior to collection. They met me at the train station and drove me to the showroom and the process of collection was extremely easy, professionalism and smooth. They even followed up a week or so later to check I was happy and had had no issues with the vehicle. The year guarantee was also a nice extra. I travelled half way across the country to this garage and would do so again in a heartbeat, their pricing was competitive and customer service was exceptional. Thank you very much

Excellent service from TW White. Placed a refundable deposit on the vehicle I wanted; it was saved for 10 days whilst I sorted things at my end. On collection a thorough explanation and introduction to the car and a test drive. Purchase price included a years recovery service and insurance cover to get me home. Vehicle tax arranged by the showroom staff. Decent Part Exchange offer on my old vehicle. Service at the showroom was very professional, thoughtful and sensitive. All my questions were fully answered; I was given time to change my mind. No pressure or sales gimmicks whatsoever. I was very impressed by this company and shall certainly return if/when I change my vehicle, though I hope it's not too soon. Thank you
