This was completely our experience thanks to the superb Jake who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reliable throughout the whole process of buying the car. Would use this dealership again without hesitation.

I had been searching for a used Mazda cx-30 for about a month, I wanted either an ex demo or new ish car. My last 2 cars were both Mazda I have bought mazda vans for work. I telephoned Weybridge Mazda on a Sunday afternoon and spoke to a salesman called Jake McClaskey just before they were closing, as that’s where I had bought a car before, and he told me about the great discounts that Mazda were offering. He asked me to wait while he contacted his manager and then phoned me straight back and offered me an extra discount from his dealership, the offer was too good to refuse. So I arranged to meet Jake a day later and showed him my car which was taken in part exchange at a price already agreed over the phone. Jake and his manager honoured the agreed price. Jake then took my details, and set up the paper work for the purchase of my new car. I returned a couple of weeks later and collected my car, and Jake did the hand over and helped me complete all the forms. I found Jake to be a very confident, knowledgeable and charming person to deal with, and very good with his communication skills, as he would listen to my concerns and give appropriate advice. The fact that I bought the brand new Mazda cx-30 is because of Jake’s professionalism. Mazda should know they have a great salesman at Mazda Weybridge.

Just bought a used Mazda 6, the presentation and the condition of the car was very good. Jake, the sales, was very professional, quick, responsive, no push.

Buying an MX30 was quick and easy to do. Bur on reflection after a few weeks we discovered the car was not practical for our family. Wanted to change to an cx5. After repeated phone calls and e mails did not get the response required. We knew we was going to take a hit on price. So took car to Twickenham mazda and changed the car. They were very helpful and responsive.

I bought a Mazda 3 recently which I am very pleased with. Jake McClaskey was very helpful and informative with no pressure or any 'hard sell' tactics, which wouldn't have been necessary as I decided to buy as soon as I saw the car, as long as I got a reasonable offer for my car, which I did.
