- I booked for Hyundai service & MOT, and most of the dealers need to wait for a month+ and hardly can talk to their CS, but I got TWS feedback within half day after online booking, and when I called them to try to get an earlier date, they are very nice to help and resolve in a call, just when I put down the phone, I got their text message to confirm the update date and time, that is what we called it SERVICE. On the service day, I waited in the reception, where is not very luxury, but you got what you need, sofa, clean table to work on, charging ports, coffee machines........ enough for you to entertain yourself while waiting for 2.5 hours service and MOT done.Carol C.28/03/2024

- I have recently used T W White & Sons, Byfleet to perform the second annual service on my Hyundai Ioniq, and to investigate an issue with the auxiliary battery. The service was completed to a high standard, and my car was returned to me after being cleaned both inside and out. The battery issue was investigated during the service, however, as I continued to experience problems the week after, the team at T W White efficiently and effectively liaised with Hyundai UK to get my car booked in for a new battery to be fitted under warranty, whilst I was provided with a courtesy car. Although I am thankful to the whole team for their efforts, I would like to particularly acknowledge the customer service provided by Service Advisor, Ben James. Ben's extremely professional, sincere, caring approach was absolutely second-to-none, and in stark contrast to that displayed by the majority of service representatives I have experienced over the years. From the moment I booked the service to the point where I collected my vehicle following fitting of the new battery, Ben always listened intently, made sure my concerns were addressed, and kept me fully updated throughout the process. He is indeed an ambassador, both for T W White & Sons and Hyundai, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ben and his colleagues to anybody requiring vehicle servicing and repair. - Brought a Hyundai i40 and due to covid restrictions I was unable to test drive. I went with the video on the web site and with talking to the salesman. All i can say is the car was exactly as described, they didn't disappoint and it drives great. It has been well looked after and before delivery they MOT'd and serviced the car for me. - This is the first time I’ve used this garage since buying a new Hyundai. It was the easiest service experience I’ve ever had! Booked online, chose preferred date within 2 weeks. Asked for car to be collected. Received a confirmation email the next day to say that was all fine. Car was collected on specified date. Received a call to complete payment.
