To set up Suzuki Connect, begin by downloading the app from either the App Store or Google Play for Android and create an account using your mobile number and vehicle details. Before you come in to collect your new car, make sure your account is ready. When you arrive at our showroom, we’ll assist you in completing the setup by connecting the app to your car using a QR token that will be generated after your vehicle is registered. This process will allow you to fully utilise all the features of Suzuki Connect, including remote access, vehicle status updates, curfew alerts, and more.
Yes, you need a smartphone to use Suzuki Connect. The app is designed to work on iOS and Android devices, allowing you to access and control various features of your car remotely.
Suzuki Connect is free for the first 36 months after you start using it. After this period, you have the option to renew the service by paying either monthly or annually.
